What this website collects

The site sets no cookies, uses no third-party analytics or tracking, and loads no third-party scripts or fonts. The calculator runs only in your browser; the numbers you type are never sent anywhere.

To see which parts of the page are useful, the site counts a few anonymous events: a page view, using the calculator, switching the members preview, and clicking an early-access button. Each one only adds 1 to a daily total. No cookie, IP address or other identifier is stored with it. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in improving the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Hosting

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages (Cloudflare, Inc.). To deliver the pages and protect them from attacks, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the time of your visit. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in running a secure website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Cloudflare may process data in the USA and is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

When you sign up for early access

If you use the early-access form, we store your email address and the site address you enter in a Cloudflare D1 database located in Western Europe. We use them only to contact you about Keepdues and to check whether it suits your site (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). We delete them when you ask us to, or at the latest 12 months after our last contact if you don’t become a customer.

When you email us

If you email [email protected], we use your address and what you write only to reply and to talk with you about Keepdues (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). Email is forwarded by Cloudflare Email Routing and stored in Google’s Gmail. We delete it when it’s no longer needed, unless the law requires us to keep it.

Your rights

You can ask for access to, correction or deletion of your data, restrict or object to its processing, and ask for a copy in a portable format. Email us to do any of these. You can also complain to a data protection authority, for example the Berliner Beauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit.
